Angeleyez Studio Photography – Studio Policies
At Angeleyez Studio Photography, we are committed to providing a smooth, professional, and enjoyable experience for every client. Please review our policies carefully prior to booking.
1. Booking Policy
A session is considered officially booked only after payment has been received.
Bookings are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information at the time of booking.
Session dates and times are reserved specifically for you; please ensure your availability before confirming.
2. No Refund Policy
All payments made to Angeleyez Studio Photography are non-refundable.
Due to the digital nature of services and time reserved, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
Payments secure studio time, preparation, and scheduling, not just the final images.
3. 90-Day Session Hold Policy
We understand that unexpected situations may arise.
If a client is unable to attend their scheduled session, a 90-day hold may be applied.
The hold allows the session to be rescheduled within 90 days of the original booking date.
Holds must be requested prior to the scheduled session whenever possible.
Failure to reschedule within the 90-day window will result in forfeiture of the session and payment.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the best possible results, clients agree to the following:
Arrive on time for scheduled sessions.
Ensure avatars, styling, and any requested accessories are fully prepared prior to the session.
Communicate any concerns, preferences, or special requests in advance.
Maintain respectful and professional conduct during all interactions.
Understand that artistic style, editing decisions, and final presentation remain at the photographer’s discretion.
Delays caused by client unpreparedness may reduce session time or impact results.
5. General Terms
Policies are designed to protect both the client and the studio.
Booking a session indicates full acceptance of these terms.
Angeleyez Studio Photography reserves the right to update policies at any time.
